Shipping policy

Overview Thank you for visiting Maria's Mimsy Artwork and Designs. All our products are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. This means your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping.

1. Production Times (Printing)

  • All items are made to order.

  • It typically takes 2–7 business days to print and quality-check your item before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times (Transit) Once your item has been printed, it is shipped to your door.

  • Domestic (USA): Usually arrives within 3–5 business days after the production phase is complete.

  • International: We currently [Choose one: do not ship internationally / ship internationally, which may take 10–30 business days].

Total Estimated Wait Time: Most customers receive their order within 5–12 business days of placing it.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and the destination.

4. Order Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at lilgiantess@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately. Once an order has entered the "In Production" stage, we cannot change the shipping destination.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Maria's Mimsy Artwork and Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at lilgiantess@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
