Overview
At Maria's Mimsy Artwork and Designs, every item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory and each item is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.
Damages and Issues (The "Make it Right" Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lilgiantess@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, please include:

Your Order Number.

A clear photo of the damage or the specific printing error.

A photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once we verify the issue with our printing partner, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Sizing Because everything is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size choices. Please refer carefully to the Sizing Chart located on each product page before completing your purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement of the same item.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
